It may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. Yearth and its agencies shall not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and shall have no obligation to honour reservations or information affected by such inaccuracies.
YourHotelRewards.com contains information on our products and services, not all of which are available in every location. A reference to a product or service on YourHotelRewards.com does not imply that such product or service is or will be available in your location.

Yearth and its agencies are excluded from any liability for damages that might arise directly or indirectly from the use of information onYourHotelRewards.com. Yearth is only responsible for such damages in connection with the use of YourHotelRewards.com, which have been caused intentionally or due to negligence.
For these, Yearth’s responsibility is limited to the foreseeable, typical damages, as long as it is not due to negligent handling or omission by the vendor's agencies, or as long as no important contractual obligation has been violated. Yearth is not responsible for the content of external websites linked to this site.

The content and information displayed on YourHotelRewards.com (text, pictures, graphics, animation, media objects and the layout) are protected by copyright and other data protection acts. All rights reserved.
The content of these pages may not be copied, altered or provided to third parties without the prior written consent of Yearth. In particular, duplicates, translations, storage and processing in other electronic media are not permitted. You may, however, download one copy of the material on a single computer for your own personal domestic and/or non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of any of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose will be a violation of Yearth's copyright and other intellectual property rights and the copyright and intellectual property rights of the respective owners.
If you download any software or materials from this site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in, linked to or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software, collectively hereinafter referred to as the "software", is licensed to you by Yearth only. Yearth does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Yearth retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise deal with the Software.
Use of YourHotelRewards.com
You agree to use YourHotelRewards.com in accordance with these terms and conditions and for lawful and proper purposes. Further you agree:
  • to be responsible for all matters arising from your use of this website;
  • not use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our site, and that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  • not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein, without the prior express or written consent from Yearth (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by internet search providers to direct Internet users to this site);
  • not to use YourHotelRewards.com in any manner which breaches any applicable law or regulation or causes or which may cause an infringement of any third party rights;
  • not to post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via YourHotelRewards.com which may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or illegal or create liability on Yearth’s part;
  • not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access, via whatever means, to any of Yearth’s systems.
If Yearth (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these terms and conditions, Yearth reserves its right to deny you access to this website without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you.
YourHotelRewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
YourHotelRewards is a loyalty program (the “Program”). When you book and stay 10 nights with us, we give you 1 free night to redeem. This free night does not include taxes and fees (“Reward Night”). All bookings must be made online. You can only collect nights or redeem Reward Nights at an eligible YourHotelRewards property.
The Program is open to anyone over 18 years old who signs up to YourHotelRewards.com with a valid email address, and then joins the Program. Companies, associations, or other groups may not join.
Collecting nights
You will collect 1 night for every night you stay at an eligible YourHotel Rewards property. Collect 10 nights and we give you 1 Reward Night. You must be signed in to your YourHotelRewards.com account when you book online so we can add the nights you collect to your account after your stay. If you make a booking with us by phone or email, you must tell us the email address on your account so we know where to add the nights. Only YourHotelRewards members collect nights. Other guests on the same booking do not, and you cannot collect nights for any hotel bookings you made before you joined the Program.
We will add any nights you collect to your account up to 72 hours after you check out of the YourHotelRewards property. If you collect nights but we later believe that you did not complete your hotel stay (an “Invalid Night”), we reserve the right to remove these Invalid Nights from your account. This could happen if you cancel your booking or did not show up at the hotel, which would make the nights invalid. You cannot collect any Invalid Nights towards the 10 nights you need to redeem a Reward Night.
You can check your account to see how many nights you have collected at any time. Just sign in at YourHotelRewards.com. You are responsible for making sure your account is correct. If you believe that you have not collected the correct amount of nights, we will look into this for you. If any bookings are invalid as mentioned earlier, we will remove them from your account.
In addition to the information above, you will not collect nights for the following:
  • Bookings made with an affiliate YourHotelRewards.com site
  • Bookings made before you joined the Program
  • Some bookings made using a discount coupon, voucher or code - you will need to check the terms for each of these
  • Bookings that do not cost you anything, i.e. free stay offered by hotels or YourHotelRewards.com
Redeeming Reward Nights
When you collect 10 nights, we will give you 1 Reward Night to redeem at any eligible YourHotelRewards property. You can redeem your Reward Night online at any time.
The maximum value of your Reward Night is based on the value of the 10 nights you collected as long as they have not expired. This value is equal to the average daily rate, excluding taxes and fees, of the nights you previously stayed. You must pay for taxes, fees, meals and any other costs associated with your Reward Night.
If you used different currencies when collecting your 10 nights, the value of each night is currently calculated using the currency associated with the hotel local currency.
Reward Night stays are subject to all applicable booking terms and conditions. You will not collect a night when you redeem your Reward Night. Collected nights have no cash value, and you cannot redeem your Reward Night for cash.
If you redeem your Reward Night on a stay that is less than the maximum value of your Reward Night, you will not get the difference in cash, credit or anything else. You can redeem your Reward Night on a stay that costs more than the maximum value of your Reward Night - you just pay the difference.
If you have more than 1 Reward Night to redeem, you can choose which booking you want to apply it to. You cannot combine your Reward Night with any other offer, discount coupon, voucher or code, unless the terms for each of these say you can. This means that when you book a stay and redeem your Reward Night, you generally will not be able to get an additional discount on that booking.
If you redeem your Reward Night on a booking that is longer than 1 night, we will automatically apply its value to the most expensive night in that booking, subject to its maximum value.
Reward Night stays are subject to all applicable cancellation policies that are passed onto us by the YourHotelRewards property. If you cancel a Reward Night within the property’s cancellation window, we will return it to your account within 72 hours of your cancellation. If you cancel a Reward Night outside of the property’s cancellation window, it will not be returned to your account.
If you want to change the dates of a booking that includes the Reward Night you redeemed, you will need to cancel the booking, wait for the Reward Night to be returned to your account, then rebook so you can apply your Reward Night to your new booking.
Changes and Termination
Your nights will not expire as long as you keep your account active at least once every 12 months. This means you must collect a night or redeem a Reward Night in that time, and when you do, the expiry date will be extended for another 12 months. If you do not collect nights or redeem Reward Nights in a 12 month period, your nights will expire and we may deactivate your account. If this happens, your nights will not be reissued. Sign into your account to check when your nights are due to expire.
We may change our terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, including the rules for collecting nights, the rules for redeeming your Reward Night, the list of eligible YourHotelRewards properties, and the maximum value of a Reward Night. We may communicate these changes to you by email or on our YourHotelRewards.com website so please make sure you check your account regularly.
YourHotelRewards has no end date and will continue until we close it, which could happen at any time. If we do close the Program, you will have 30 days from when we announce its closure to redeem any Reward Nights you have in your account. After that date, you will lose your Reward Nights and you will not be compensated.
By continuing to collect nights and redeem Reward Nights with YourHotelRewards, you accept any changes to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for keeping up to date on any changes that we may make. The most current version will always be available on our website.
General YourHotelRewards Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to discontinue your membership if you act fraudulently or use our loyalty program in a way that does not comply with our terms and conditions, or any federal or state laws, regulations, statutes or ordinances. If we discontinue your membership, you may lose your collected nights and benefits. We also have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution if necessary. While you are signed up to YourHotelRewards, we may communicate any updates to your account or transactions to you by email. We may take back your nights at any time. You cannot sell or transfer your nights, or combine them with another member’s nights. Nights are not transferable if a member dies, if there is a domestic relations issue, or otherwise by operation of law. You agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action like these are resolved individually, without needing to use any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Singapore.
If you have any questions about these terms and conditions or your rights and obligations, these will be governed, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
The Program is void where prohibited by law. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Our decision on all questions or disputes regarding the Program is final.

YourHotelRewards.com contains links to other websites which are not maintained by Yearth. Similarly, other websites may contain links to YourHotelRewards.com. Yearth is not responsible for the contents of those websites and shall not be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from the access to and use of contents of those websites.
Any links to other websites are provided for your convenience as a user of YourHotelRewards.com, and does not imply the endorsement of Yearth of the linked websites or association with their operators. Yearth disclaims all responsibility and liability for the use of linked websites, which you access and use at your own risk.
Any third party that wishes to establish links to YourHotelRewards.com should notify Yearth of their intention prior to doing so. Yearth may deny permission for any such links to this website.
