What is YourHotelRewards (YHR) program?
YHR program offers members extraordinary experiences, rewards, and recognition wherever you travel and stay with us. Members have access to exclusive benefits and discounted rates.
Do I have to pay to become a member?
No, membership is free and you can sign up on our website. Sign up by clicking here.
How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is quick and easy, you can either sign up with your facebook account or just fill in your name, email and password.
What type of rewards/benefits do I get?
Members will be able to earn 1 free night stay for every 10 nights you stayed with us. On top of this, you will be able to access exclusive discounted rates, complimentary Wi-Fi and complimentary early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability).
How do I earn my free night stay?
You will collect 1 night stay for every night you stay at any of our eligible hotels. The nights will be collected and updated into your account 72 hours after you have checked out. But if you call the hotel directly for reservation, the nights collected will be updated at month-end after you have checked out.

The free night will be automatically calculated and credited into your account once you have accumulated 10 eligible nights of stay. The value of the free night will be equal to the average rate of your accumulated 10 nights stay.
How do I redeem my free night stay?
You need to log in to your account at www.yourhotelrewards.com. Select the dates of your intended redemption stay and search for availability. You will be able to book the room type and rates available for redemption with the following icon

Can I redeem my free night for a hotel whose rate is higher than my free night's rate?
Yes, you can redeem a free night stay for a rate that is higher than your eligible free night but you will have to top up the difference in the rate for the stay. However, do note that if you redeemed a stay value that is lower than your free night's rate, the balance of the value will not be returned to your account.
Do I still earn reward nights for nights that are not redeemed on a redemption booking?
Yes, you will still be able to earn reward nights on a redemption booking for nights that you did not apply your free night to.
Will my free night expire?
No, your free night will not expire if you make at least 1 reservation on YourHotelRewards every year.
Is my reservation a confirmed booking?
Yes, all reservation made online is a confirmed booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your reservation and payment details. You can use this confirmation email to check-in to the hotel.
How do I check my reservation details?
You can view your reservation online with the link sent to you in the confirmation email, or check your reservation at www.yourhotelrewards.com/trips.
Can I amend my reservation?
You can only make changes to guest name, stay preference and special request. If there are any changes to your travel dates or number of adults checking-in, please check for availability and make a new reservation with the changed dates/room type before proceeding to cancel your earlier reservation.

Please do check your cancellation policy before cancelling any reservation to avoid any unnecessary charges. If you are unable to cancel your reservation during the penalty period to change your booking, please email us at reservations@yourhotelrewards.com. Your hotel will assist you and may charge you for any changes made.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation of reservation can be made online by clicking on the link sent to you in your email confirmation. Any deposit made will be refunded back into your credit card according to the refund policy. If your cancellation is made during the penalty period, the deposit paid would not be refunded.
Can I share my confirmation details with my friends who will be staying with me?
You can share your confirmation details with your friend by sending an invitation. Click on the invite button on the booking confirmation page, enter your friend's email address and an email will be sent to your friend to view your confirmation details.
If I have fully paid online, will I receive a payment receipt?
The confirmation email serves as the payment receipt, you can print the confirmation email as your payment slip. All reservations and payment details will be reflected in the confirmation email.
Do you charge my credit card immediately upon booking?
Yes, we will collect a deposit charge upon reservation to guarantee your booking. The hotel will then charge the outstanding amount upon check-in to the hotel.

For special rates promotions or non-refundable bookings, your credit card will be charged for the full payment upon reservation to secure your booking for the special rate.
How long does it takes to receive my refund after cancellation of my reservation?
Depending on your card issuer’s practice, it may take an approximate 5 to 10 business days or longer after your cancellation.
How will I know if my special request is confirmed?
All special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We will forward your request to the hotel that you have booked, however, we strongly advise that you follow up with hotel on your request again upon check-in.
How do I request for early check-in or late check-out?
Please indicate under the special request field and provide your time of arrival/departure. This request is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Please follow up with hotel before/upon arrival.
